Answer: No. Our customer service is open Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm EST. You can email us at contact@trade-link.com for help.

Question: How can I make sure my web page doesnt look exactly like one that someone else has purchased?
Answer: There is no way to guarantee your web page won't look like someone else's web page. However, if you find this has happened, just easily change it to another of the beautiful designed templates that we have on our web site.
Question: How often do you add new templates?
Answer: We will add new templates every few months.
Question: I can not find a design template that fits my needs. Are you going to be adding more designs?
Answer: Yes, we plan to add more designs as time goes on, giving our designers more design choices.
Question: I dont like to purchase products on line. Do you offer other ways in which I can purchase a Trade-Link.com membership?
Answer: Yes, you can pay by check. Please see this option available on the payment section of our join page.
Question: I have forgotten my Trade-Link.com password-how can I find out what it is?
Answer: Please go to the sign in page. Click on "I forgot my password" A new screen will come up. Fill in either your Trade-Link.com account number or your email address attached to Trade-Link.com. Hit Send. Your password will be sent to your email address.
Question: What is included with a purchase of a Trade-Link.com membership?
Answer: We connect you to our Industry Partners through their web site, special promotions, and special events. You get your own web page, which we help you design with our pre-designed templates. You become part of our design referral service through Google. And, with your Industry Profile, we will keep our Industry Partners updated with any of your address, phone, etc changes, saving you time!
Question: What is the advantage to having an on-line web page?
Answer: Your clients will see your are relevant to the current business client. Also, you will be a part of Trade-Link.com referral service available through Google.
